Shipping policy

All items on ChairTrade are shipped via Royal Mail with full tracking.

How it works

When an item sells, ChairTrade creates the shipping label via Royal Mail Click & Drop. The seller receives a QR code by email. No printer is required. The seller takes the QR code to their nearest Post Office branch, where the label is printed and the parcel is dropped off.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are set by the seller and displayed at checkout. Buyers pay the shipping cost in addition to the item price and platform fee.

Tracked delivery

All shipments include Royal Mail tracking. Both buyer and seller can track the shipment using the tracking number provided after dispatch.

Delivery times

Standard delivery times apply based on the Royal Mail service used. Tracked 24 aims for next-day delivery. Tracked 48 aims for delivery within 2 working days. These are Royal Mail targets and are not guaranteed.

Delivery issues

If your item has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, contact us at hello@chairtrade.co.uk with your order number and we will investigate with Royal Mail.
