Refund policy
ChairTrade is a peer-to-peer marketplace for second-hand professional barbering and hairdressing equipment. All sales are between individual sellers and buyers.
Returns
All items are sold as described. Returns are accepted if the item arrives significantly not as described — for example, if the condition grade is materially inaccurate or the item is not as listed.
To raise a dispute, contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery at hello@chairtrade.co.uk. Include your order number and photos of the item received.
We will review the dispute and make a decision within 3 working days. If the dispute is upheld, a full refund will be issued to the buyer and the return of the item to the seller will be arranged.
Returns are not accepted for change of mind.
Payouts
Seller payouts are held until delivery is confirmed. Once confirmed, payment is released to the seller's PayPal account within 2 working days.
